1. Returns

We accept returns only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect. The customer must inform us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return.

2. Refunds

Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used food products cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons.

4. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
